Saturday Meet-Up at Lagoona

It has been an unbelievably long time since a group of ACUKErs had gotten together and had a fun 'night out'.

So when, around Thursday or Friday, it was suggested we get together on Saturday, we hashed out timezone issues and then decided on a {1pm:7pm:8pm} session!

Thorin from Erebor, Erin from Fe, and Chorna from Hideaway came to visit Astrid of Lagoona.


Her town is very pretty, with some spectacular patterns. She later linked us to where she found them (we've included the link at the bottom).

After grabbing coffees and catching up briefly at the coffee house, a few gifts and fruit were exchanged and then (after our third attempt due to some connectivity issues), we headed on over to Tortimer Island!

A-Maze-ing Fun!

We kick-started a little over-zealously with an expert level maze fruit hunt, and while we were so close to finding all the fruit, we didn't quite make it on our first attempt!

But by our second attempt we were indeed experts, and collected all of the fruit with half a minute to spare! We then had a go at a bug catching race, and finally fishing, before we called it a night.

It was great to see the gang back together again, enjoying ourselves. And we all agreed, we must go it again - and soon! Maybe you'll be there, too? :)
